Orientation Sessions...and...
A Checklist for Your First Day and First Week

The City of Hamilton wants to make sure you have all the information you need to get a good start in your new position. Here's how we do it:

You and other new full-time employees will attend a corporate orientation and welcome session called “You Make It Happen”. Newcomers spend an exciting day discovering what we do at the City and how our programs and services make Hamilton a great place to live, work and play. Through face-to-face meetings with the Mayor, City Manager and other staff, you'll learn how to get a great start in your new role and how to excel in your service to the community. The City's excellent employee programs and benefits are also discussed.
